A distinct sensation of ancient and powerful evil is coming from beneath. Another Void Stone is clearly close, however, there is distinctly more to it than that. You could swear you almost heard a voice. "Beware, intrepid adventurers, for thou hast been most fortunate until now. But be warned, to proceed deeper will spell thine doom." What's downstairs is the real deal, and it's important that you bring your A-Game... or some backup characters.
These spells cannot be relied upon: teleport, rock to mud, passwall, phase door, dimension door, blink, stone shape.
Any travel to other planes from within the complex below is impossible EXCLUDING the Astral and Ethereal planes, but physical barriers in the crypt can still contain you in the material plane.
There is a 15% chance of being blinded each time a character uses a gem of seeing or true seeing spell.
The entrance to the complex below, assuming you can figure out how to get it open, can only be opened once per year. It retracts into the stone floor and remains open for one minute. After exactly one minute, the stone slab grinds back into place and nothing short of a wish can stop it from returning to the closed position. Any object placed there to block it will be automatically crushed.
